INDIA – shipping policy – Domestic orders

1. For INDIA we offer a free shipping service.
2. All the products will be shipped to you by surface or air courier depending shipping option you selected.
3. Free shipping orders will be shipped via economy mode and will take 4 to 8 working days for delivery.
4. Express shipping orders will be take 2-5 working days based on the destinations, metro cities will be delieverd in 1-2 working days rest of INDIA takes 2-5 days depending on flight and shipping connectivity.
6. We take great care to package your kites well so trust us with that and stay ready for experience joy of shopping with us.
7. Please do not accept the package if damaged and torn.

International shipping

1. For countries other than INDIA shipping charges will be based on the package size and speed of delivery.
2. We offer economy shipping at 15-30 days delivery time and order is shipped via INDIA POST
3. We do offer express shipping at 7 to 15 days delivery time with help of DHL , Aramex and other reputed shipping services.

Returns

1. 7 days no question asked return policy, You can return the product if you change your mind and don’t want to keep it, you just need to ship the product back to us at your own cost and in the same condition as we shipped you. we will refund you your order amount after deducting shipping and packaging costs.
2. If you have received a damaged product we will replace it free of cost.
