Orders and Shipping

For economy shipping order take 4 to 15 working days based on destination. we ship from Ahmedabad or Jaipur so location close to us gets delivered faster and far from us takes longer time. 

  • For Express shipping 2-4 working day for Metro cities and 2-6 working days for rest of INDIA.
  • International shipping for kites and Manja takes 6 to 15 days via express shipping .
  • 10 to 30 days via economy shipping.

At the time of checkout you can select create my account option and Your account will automatically created. your account will help you save your address information so when you order next time you dont need to enter it.

If you entered wrong shipping address and you wish to change it.  Till your kite order is not dispatched you can do that.

you just need to call us or WhatsApp us for that and send us the correct shipping address so we can update it to your order.

Ones your order is shipped you will get Tracking ID and courier detail. 

you can track your order at the shipping company website. All the shipping company we use provide up to date tracking details for your peace of mind.

No we don’t save any payment data at our website. we have integrated payment gateway and Payment gateway takes care of payment. we just get payment confirmed – failed status from Payment gateway companies and that is all we need for order processing.

we use payment gateway like Paypal & Razorpay .

For Indian customers we do charge GST based on items you are ordering and state you are ordering from. For International customer NO GST is charged as per Indian tax laws.

We ship free of cost in INDIA . 

We do deliver to rest of the world via DHL , FEDEX and other available shipping companies.

If you find products damaged or not usable please let us know we will ship you fresh products as soon as we hear your complaint. 

you can also return unused items however in this case we will deduct shipping and packaging charges during refund.

you can complain to our support desk with proof ( photograph/video) ones the problem is validated we will ship you correct item and will manage pickup of wrongly delivered item.
