Track Your Order

We ship every order through trusted courier partners. Tracking is done on the courier’s own website, using the tracking ID we send you.

How to track your parcel in 3 steps
  1. Get your tracking ID. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. As soon as yours ships, we send the courier name and tracking ID by email (subject: “Your PatangDori.com order is shipped”) and on WhatsApp. Please check your spam or promotions folder too.
  2. Open your courier’s website. Choose the courier named in our message from the list below.
  3. Paste the tracking ID into the tracking box on the courier’s website to see where your parcel is.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first update after dispatch.
